Gary Shaw has been involved in the leasing, management, and development of commercial income-producing real estate since 1998. His formal education includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Programs from Arizona State University. In addition, he is a licensed real estate broker in the states of Arizona, California, Nevada and Washington. Gary has been instrumental in the development, redevelopment, and management of more than 3.5 million square feet of commercial income-producing real estate. Gary currently serves Arcadia Management Group, Inc. as President and Designated Broker. He oversees the management of 10 million square feet of commercial real estate and consults for several development companies. His expertise in technology, including Yardi software and workflow efficiencies, has greatly enhanced the organization’s ability to effectively implement successful management techniques. His ability to add value to projects through tenant retention and operating expense savings has made a tremendous impact on the assets under management.
Melissa Boyle, CPM® joined Arcadia Management Group in 2008 with responsibility for managing a large portfolio of mixed properties. Melissa received her CPM designation in 2012 from the Institute of Real Estate Management. As Vice President of Management Services, Melissa is responsible for the training and supervision of all of the management professionals with the organization. This designation of CPM is considered to be among the industry's premier real estate management credentials. She also serves on IREM’s Executive Board of the local chapter for Greater Phoenix. In addition to her role of Vice President, Melissa manages a portfolio of retail, office and industrial properties throughout the Valley totaling over 1 million square feet.
Prior to joining Arcadia, Melissa worked in residential real estate for fifteen years at several large homebuilding companies in Arizona.
Peggy Burgess has been involved in the leasing, management and development of commercial, income-producing real estate since 1981. Ms. Burgess's formal education includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University and graduate studies in marketing. Ms. Burgess began her professional career in banking with an emphasis in real estate & commercial lending. In 1981, Ms. Burgess left banking to become the Corporate Controller for Murdock Management Company. In that position Ms. Burgess was responsible for all financial aspects of the corporation as well as the entire portfolio of fee management business. The portfolio totaled two million square feet and included the eighteen-story First Interstate Tower located on Central Avenue north of Osborn Road. During her tenure, Ms. Burgess was involved with the sale of the First Interstate Building to Trammell Crow Partners. In November, 1986 Ms. Burgess formed Arcadia Management Group to concentrate her efforts on property management. During the past ten years, Ms. Burgess has continued her capacity as Receiver for many properties, protecting the interests of lenders ranging from individuals to banks and life insurance companies.
Laryn Hill has been involved in corporate, commercial and residential real estate management, development and construction since 1985. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University, holds a Utah real estate license, a CCAM designation and is an active member of IREM. Hill's career experience includes managing corporate commercial and residential real estate interests nationwide for several high growth companies, property management division leadership for an international investment and development company, bank and servicer portfolio consulting and asset management, management of master planned communities, national business development and operations positions, and ownership of multi-location retail businesses. His real estate expertise includes retail, office, industrial, residential and land development, as well as institutional REO sales and mortgage lending. Laryn has a reputation for integrity and leadership, and as a business builder and positive thinker, establishing a record of ROI growth as well as strengthened relationships and creative solutions to business challenges.
Aaron Byrd is a Senior Property Manager with Arcadia Management Group, Inc. His primarily responsibilities include management of an institutional portfolio of commercial office properties. Prior to joining Arcadia Management Group, Mr. Byrd worked in sales of biopharmaceutical products for Blood Systems, Inc. while attending Arizona State University. In 2001 Mr. Byrd joined Arcadia Management Group and his real estate experience includes management of retail centers, multi-tenant office buildings, industrial buildings, tenant associations and undeveloped land. He is responsible for negotiating commercial leases, tenant retention, budgeting, billing, payables, receivables, and other accounting related responsibilities. Mr. Byrd is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Arizona and resides in Phoenix with his wife and two children.
Stacie has been with Arcadia Management Group, Inc since 2010, and currently manages a portfolio of over 1.5 million square feet of office and retail properties including management of owners associations. Her formal education includes an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Technology and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Facilities Management from Ferris State University. She currently is a CPM candidate and expects to receive her CPM designation in 2015. During her career in real estate over the past 12 years, she has managed office, retail, and industrial properties as a third party manager; high-rise office for owner operator; and office, industrial, and hospitality for a REIT. Stacie demonstrates the ability to undertake multiple tasks to produce effective results benefiting both the needs of the specific property and owner. Her hands on approach to managing every aspect of the property, from accounting to building improvements, add to her diverse understanding and knowledge of the building and tenants.
Janice Cornia, CPM® joined Arcadia Management Group in 2014, managing a portfolio of office, medical and retail properties. Janice has worked in commercial property management since 1996, managing properties directly for owners, third-party ownership entities, receiverships, banks, and the Dallas Police & Fire Pension Fund. Her extensive experience also includes managing portfolios in excess of 1 million square feet including, office, medical, retail, high rise, commercial associations, mixed use, and industrial portfolios in Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Nevada. She holds her CPM® (Certified Property Manager) designation from IREM (Institute Real Estate Management) and is an Arizona licensed real estate agent.
