Founded by Peggy Burgess in 1986 as a boutique property management company with just a handful of clients, Arcadia Management Group has grown into one of the leading commercial property management companies in the Western United States. The Phoenix-based company has offices in Nevada and California and has more than 6.5 million square feet of retail, office and industrial space in its management portfolio.

Arcadia Management Group was ranked #8 in the 2009 Phoenix Business Journal's Top Commercial Real Estate Management firms in Arizona. 

"What I'm most proud of is that Arcadia has maintained the feel of a boutique firm even with all the growth over the years," says Burgess, who serves as chairman of Arcadia's board. "Clients aren't just another account. They are treated like the friends that they are, and we manage their properties like they were our own."

Arcadia's day-to-day operations are managed by President Gary Shaw, who began as a property manager with Arcadia more than a decade ago.
