Our accounting staff processes leases, accounts payable, accounts receivable and all other accounting aspects to prepare the monthly financial package. The accounting staff works in conjunction with the property mangers to provide up-to-the-minute accurate information for our clients and their accountant's tax preparation needs. The financial packages are made available by the 10th day of the following month. We also have the ability to provide the financial package in electronic format. ONLINE REPORTING SERVICES Arcadia Management offers its clients the unique opportunity to view property reports and documents online. This custom tailored service puts all of the property information in a secure online format. Owners can review tenant leases, property rent rolls, tenant aging reports, and a variety of other financial reports. The property financials are available anywhere a client has an internet connection. This additional service is one of the many amenities that separate Arcadia Management Group, Inc. from its competition. CONSULTING SERVICES Arcadia Management Group, Inc. is available to provide acquisition due diligence. Our company will run financial analysis and perform physical site inspections to help our client make an informed investment decision. Due to our extensive experience in the industry, Arcadia Management is capable of detecting issues that may adversely affect the value of the property. INSURANCE Arcadia Management Group, Inc. has retained the services of Wick Pilcher Insurance Agency to provide property and liability insurance for our clients. Because of the size of our portfolio we can offer substantial insurance savings to our clients using purchasing power. LEASING AND BROKERAGE While property management is our core business, we understand that leasing and brokerage is a large part of the commercial real estate industry. That is why Arcadia Management Group, Inc. feels that by forging alliances with proven and experienced commercial leasing and brokerage companies, we are able to provide a higher level of service to our clients. MAINTENANCE Our experienced staff of maintenance professionals will work in conjunction with the property management team to make certain the goals of the clients are met while maintaining the asset. Our in-house team is on call twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week to respond to any property maintenance issue.
