ONLINE REPORTING SERVICES

Through a secure format, Arcadia Management Group's clients can view property reports and documents online, in real time. Owners can review:

  • Tenant leases
  • Property rent rolls
  • Tenant aging report
  • Financial reports.
The property financials are available anywhere there is an internet connection. This unique service is one of the many amenities that separate Arcadia Management Group from our competition.

TENANT RELATIONS
Key to our success is our expert ability to retain tenants. We have credibility and the respect of our tenants because we promptly respond to their needs, which allows for expedient and cooperative enforcement of any lease agreement. We are available 24-hours-a-day, seven days a week to service tenants. Our team communicates with tenants on a day-to-day basis. One of our top priorities is to ensure that the lease agreement is administered properly to maintain the asset's value.


LEASING AND BROKERAGE
While property management is our core business, we understand that leasing and brokerage is an integral part of the commercial real estate industry, which is why Arcadia Management Group forges alliances with proven and experienced commercial leasing and brokerage companies. Using the best brokers and most proven leasing agents in any given sector or geographic area provides Arcadia with a unique flexibility that few other property management firms possess. If requested, our property managers can negotiate lease renewals on behalf of the ownership to ensure an optimized income stream.


ACCOUNTING

Our team understands how important accurate financial and timely property reporting are for owners of income-producing commercial real estate. Arcadia Management Group has made a substantial investment in state-of-the-art property management software.  Working in conjunction with our property managers, our accounting staff provides up-to-the-minute accurate information for our clients that satisfy their needs regarding taxes, partnership agreements or financing. Financial packages are available no later than 15 days following the end of the month. For convenience, financial packages also are available in electronic form.



MAINTENANCE
Our experienced staff of maintenance professionals work in partnership with the property management team to ensure that a client’s goals are met regarding maintaining the value of the asset. We believe it is very important to take a proactive approach to maintenance so that the physical integrity isn’t compromised and that value of the asset is protected. Our in-house team is on call 24-hours-a-day, seven days a week to respond to any property maintenance issue.


INSURANCE
Arcadia Management Group has retained the services of Wick Pilcher Insurance Agency to provide property and liability insurance for our clients. Because of the purchasing power created by the size of our portfolio we offer substantial insurance savings to our clients.


LENDER SERVICES
Whether it is paying monthly debt service, sending financial reporting, or handling reserve disbursement requests, Arcadia Management Group knows how to meet and exceed lender requirements.  


CONSULTING SERVICES
Arcadia Management Group provides expert acquisition due diligence. Our detailed financial analysis and thorough physical site inspections allows our clients to make informed investment decisions. Additionally, because of our extensive property management experience Arcadia Management Group can detect issues that may adversely affect property values.
